Neon Lighting Experimentation

I dabbled my hand in learning new Photoshop technique which highlights portraits and silhouettes. This gives a more Cyberpunk look to the picture. I tried this technique with a portrait I found in google image and also tried to re-edit Beast movie poster and fixed few glaring "mistakes" 😜😜.
